CONFIDENTIALITÉ (English follows)
Les échanges avec ta cohorte, le Cercle Cardinal, et tes coachs, ainsi que les dossiers liés à ta participation, sont confidentiels. Ils ne seront partagés avec ton employeur, les membres de ta famille ou toute autre personne sans que tu en sois informé et que tu aies donné ton consentement, sauf si la loi l’exige.
Tu t’engages à ne pas partager d’informations concernant un autre membre de ta cohorte, du Cercle Cardinal ou d’un groupe privé à l’extérieur. Ces espaces sont considérés comme des espaces sacrés entre les membres. Tu es toutefois encouragé à partager ta propre expérience avec tes proches, collègues ou employés (conscientisation, réalisations, histoire personnelle).
LightHeart LLC et ses partenaires de coaching gardent confidentielles toutes les informations relatives à ton parcours. Aucune discussion à propos d’un membre n’a lieu en dehors de l’espace concerné. Même si les membres de l’équipe ont accès aux noms et publications des participants dans le Cercle Cardinal, les groupes privés ou la console en ligne, ils sont tenus à un accord strict de confidentialité.
EXCEPTIONS
Si un coach croit qu’il existe un danger clair et imminent pour ta vie ou la sécurité physique de quelqu’un, il peut être nécessaire de divulguer des informations pour intervenir de manière appropriée.
Dans des circonstances exceptionnelles, la loi peut exiger la divulgation de certaines informations confidentielles.
Si un participant fait publiquement des déclarations fausses et diffamatoires concernant play.cardinal.zone, cardinal.zone, le Cercle Cardinal, Luc Cardinal, LightHeart LLC ou tout coach associé, nous nous réservons le droit de répondre publiquement, tout en préservant la confidentialité des autres participants.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Exchanges with your cohort, the Cercle Cardinal, and your coaches, as well as records of your participation, are confidential. They will not be shared with your employer, family members, or any other person without first informing you and obtaining your consent, unless required by law.
You agree not to share information about another member of your cohort, the Cercle Cardinal, or private groups with anyone outside. These spaces are considered sacred among members. However, you are encouraged to share your own experience with loved ones, colleagues, or employees (awareness, realizations, personal story).
LightHeart LLC and its coaching partners keep all information related to your journey confidential. No discussion about a member will take place outside the relevant space. While team members may have access to participants’ names and posts within the Cercle Cardinal, private groups, or the online platform, they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
EXCEPTIONS
If a coach believes there is a clear and imminent danger to your life or the physical safety of others, disclosure may be required to ensure appropriate intervention.
In exceptional circumstances, legal requirements may necessitate the disclosure of certain confidential information.
If a participant publicly makes false and defamatory statements about play.cardinal.zone, cardinal.zone, the Cercle Cardinal, Luc Cardinal, LightHeart LLC, or any associated coach, we reserve the right to respond publicly, while maintaining the confidentiality of other participants.
